What shipping options do you offer?
The shipping options we offer are: Standard Ground, 2nd Business Day, Overnight (if available in your area). We send orders via shipping carriers UPS and US Postal Serviceas using the FedEx SmartPost service, a collaboration of FedEx and the US Postal Service. While checking out, you will have the chance to review your shipping options prior to entering credit card information.

Do you ship internationally?
All Aboard Toys is pleased to offer shipping to most international destinations.  When entering the shipping address select the appropriate country from the drop down provided.  Refer to the country drop down for the list of the countries available to send shipments.  This shipping method is shipped using USPS Air Mail Row and ships via the Post Office to most countries in 6-10 business days. It can take as long as 14-21 business days for delivery, depending on time spent in customs.  There is no tracking number available on these shipments.  P.O. boxes are accepted as valid shipping addresses.  Oversized items and drop ship items are not able to ship internationally.  
 
International Checkout is no longer available.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses
Shipments to all APO/FPO addresses are currently suspended. We took this unusual step because one of our major objectives is to have every package we ship arrive at its destination in accordance with our customers expectations.  Recent customer feedback related to APO/FPO orders indicates this has not happened in as consistent a manner as we would like.  This appears to be a direct result of an extremely high rate of shipping delays or even lost orders that never get delivered when we ship to APO/FPO addresses.  While this is outside our direct control we do have a responsibility to our valued military families and are working with various carriers to come up with an acceptable solution.


What are the timeframes for delivery?
While checking out online you will choose your shipping method prior to entering credit card information. Standard ground usually takes 3-10 business days. 2nd business day is delivered on the 2nd business day after the order has been placed (if placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time). Next business day is delivered on the next business day (if placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time). Note: Weekends and holidays (e.g. December 24, 25, or January 1) are not counted as business days.


How do I check the status of my order?
You can Track Orders here. Or, if you have an account with us, you can log into your account and check the status of your order under "Track Order (Order History)". You can also track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the email we would have sent you the day your order was shipped. Orders placed prior to July 29, 2009 are not available for review under Order History. We apologize for the inconvenience.


How do I track my order?
You can Track Orders here. Or, if you have an account with us, you can log into your account and check the status of your order under "Track Order (Order History)". If your order has shipped, you may click on the tracking number to track your delivery progress. You may also track your order from the email sent to you with your tracking information. Note: Orders shipped within the last 24 hours won't always show tracking information on the shippers' web site. Please try back again the next day. Orders placed prior to July 29, 2009 are not available for review under Order History. We apologize for the inconvenience.


How do I use coupons or offer codes?
1. Visit us at www.AllAboardToys.com
2. Shop as you would normally, placing the items you like in your shopping cart.
3. Enter your All Aboard Toys Offer Code or Coupon number on the review shopping cart page.

Why does my gift certificate not work?
We recently changed the software that runs our online store, and as a result, gift certificates purchased before July 28, 2009 will not work in the offer code field. We are happy to assist customers in redeeming all valid gift certificates.  Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.  We apologize for the inconvenience!


What is your return policy?
All Aboard Toys accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will gladly credit the original credit card or PayPal account for items returned in new, unused condition. Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective. What do I do if I need to exchange an item purchased?
All Aboard Toys does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, first complete the return process form for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.

How can I know which clothing size do I need?
You can review our sizing chart for costumes, shoes and apparel. You will also find directions on how to measure women, juniors and girls apparel, in addition to European shoe sizes.

Unfortunately, you cannot modify your order once it has been placed. Make sure you review the items in your cart prior to submitting your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you offer gift wrap?
All Aboard Toys offers gift wrapping for many of our products (except oversized items or those that ship separately). Gift wrap is just $4.95 per item. To have an item gift wrapped, choose this option from the Shopping Cart page just before you check out. You can also enter a free gift message on that page. And rest assured: the price you've paid for your items will not appear in your shipment.


Do you have a printed catalog?
All Aboard Toys does not have a printed catalog at this time. However, feel free to shop by Category or by Character for an easier shopping experience! You may also use the search box located at the top of each page and then narrow the results (on the left) to find what you want.


How do I place an order?
If you are a new customer to All Aboard Toys, you may begin shopping by finding an item that you wish to purchase and simply click on the button to the right of the item that says "add to cart," this will add the item to your cart. You may continue shopping and adding items to your shopping cart. Once you are finished adding the item(s) you wish to purchase, begin the checkout process by clicking on the green Checkout button located next to your shopping cart. This will walk you through the entire checkout process and you will receive the order confirmation/receipt.


What payment methods do you accept?
All Aboard Toys accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout and PayPal. International Checkout is no longer available. International shipments can be completed during the checkout process (except for oversized items or those that ship separately).


Does All Aboard Toys charge sales tax?
Because we conduct our sales online, our customers do not pay sales tax. For shipments to Kentucky, where we operate our main warehouse, we pay the sales tax on the behalf of our customers. No sales tax is just one of the many benefits of shopping at AllAboardToys.com


How do I convert currency?
You can convert currency by going to www.xe.com. Located at the bottom of the page is a "Quick Currency Converter," here you can enter the amount of your order in US Dollars and convert to the necessary currency.

Canadian Shipping
 

What Canadian shipping options do you offer?
All packages are shipped using DHL Global Mail from our warehouse in the United States.  The package will then be sent to Toronto where Canada Post will take the package and deliver it to its final destination.  Tracking is provided with this shipping method and will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.  Note: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time your order was placed for tracking information to become available. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.


When will I receive my order that is being shipped to Canada?
Your order should arrive in 4-8 days after shipment.  Please allow 2 days to process your order.


What do you charge for standard shipping an order to Canada?
Our standard shipping (4-8 business days) to you is charged based on the weight of the products being shipped. However, because we are shipping from our warehouse in the United States to Canada, import fees still apply, and will vary depending on the province being shipped to. Please note this is a non-refundable fee.


What will I be charged for Import Fees and Taxes on items being shipped to Canada?

You will be charged 18% of your product total which will cover the cost of Duties and Taxes. This amount includes all charges that are incurred when the shipment passes through customs.  You will not have any additional charges when your shipment arrives.


How will my package pass through Canada customs?

By ordering goods from AllAboardToys.com you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by AllAboardToys.com to act as your agent and transact business with Revenue Canada to clear your merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return your merchandise to AllAboardToys.com and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return.

You understand that Revenue Canada will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker and you will obtain any refund directly from AllAboardToys.com. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by Revenue Canada in your name, so that AllAboardToys.com can be reimbursed.
